CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please follow the care instructions listed on the interior label of our garments, which generally state to either wash cold and lay flat to dry or to dry-clean.
These garments are made with great materials and delicate embroideries that need the care of a delicate wash cycle.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Our number one goal at Caite & Kyla is to make sure that you are thrilled with your purchase.
If for any reason you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, simply return it within 15 days (postmarked date) from receiving your order for a refund.
Only items that are unworn with original labels and tags will be accepted.
A credit will be issued to you via email for any returns sent back between 16 and 30 days (postmarked) after delivery of original order to use at Caite & Kyla on a future order.
Final Sale items are non-refundable and will be stated on the website and on customer invoices.
If an ineligible item is returned, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to receive the item back, or we will donate the item on your behalf.
Caite & Kyla is not responsible for return shipping costs. Items for return will be at your own expense and shipped to the address below. Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified via email and your exchange will be shipped or refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements and if the product is damaged or soiled in any way. Candles that have been lit or used are not eligible for return.
Returns from boutiques: As we are also a wholesaler, you may have purchased an item from one of the many boutiques that carry our three lines. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for an item purchased through a boutique. We encourage you to reach out to the boutique directly if a refund is needed.

ORDER CANCELLATION
All items are subject to availability. If your order is canceled for any reason and a discount code has been applied, we cannot issue a discount code for a future order that does not fall within the promotional period. Our discount codes can be used more than once within a promotion period if you would like to reorder.
SALES AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
We love taking every opportunity to offer special promotions while shopping on our website to our customers, but at this time, we do not allow for combined promotional codes within a single order.
SHIPPING
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Tampa, Florida via USPS Priority Mail (domestic shipments). Orders are processed Monday to Friday and for items that are not "preorder" goods, are generally fulfilled within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping rates to be paid at checkout are $10-$12 and vary by item weight.
BACKORDERS AND PREORDERS
If you receive a partial order, please take a look at your invoice under the "B.O." column, which will show any units on backorder. Please allow up to eight weeks for fulfillment of backorders, although these are usually fulfilled quickly. You will not be charged shipping for backordered goods.
For any item marked as a "preorder", whether it is a style with some sizes currently available, or all sizes are only available as a preorder, please allow up to eight weeks for fulfillment of preorders from time of order.
For international orders, we do not ship backorders and will hold all goods until ready to ship complete and the eight-week timeline does not apply.
